Can the Pipe Flow 3D calculate what the flow rate will be in each pipe / branch?

No. The user must specify the flow rate in each pipe. Pipe Flow 3D will calculate the pressure drop through each pipe and will calculate the pressure required to pump the fluid.
Pipe Flow 3D's main purpose is to calculate pressure drops in single supply networks where the flow in each pipe is known and the system conatins no loops.
If you need to solve the flows and pressure throughout a complex pipe network then you need a more capable software package such as our Pipe Flow Expert program.
